The factory has
well built infrastructure in terms of plant and machinery and
quality control laboratory. It has the most modern machineries
for the Block, briquette manufacturing. In addition, most
efficient technologies are used in operations like squeezing,
drying and packing. The incoming material is checked for EC and
Ph values to maintain its purity. All data are registered by the
Quality Control Officer. The sample pith is kept within the
factory with a referral batch no.

The cocopeat or coir dust obtained from the fibre factories is
washed, treated, dried and compacted to different
specifications. Jasmin Coir Products manufactures - bricks,
blocks, grow bags, shredded husk, cut fibre and husk chips. Over
the years cocopeat has emerged as an ideal alternative to peat
moss as a growing medium in the horticulture and floriculture
industry. Cocopeat also called as coir pith or coir peat is
obtained as a by-product during the fibre extraction of coconut
husks.


Its high water holding capacity (WHC) and air filled
porosity (AFP) makes it as an ideal growing medium. It is used
as potting mix, growing medium, seed propagation, soil
conditioner and mushroom casting media and also as an organic
manure.

The Raw Material is washed with fresh water to reduce the EC
level and result of the same is verified by Quality Control
Officer. Utmost care has been taken to meet the specifications
of the buyers. The squeezed material then dried in the open sky
cemented yard as well as specially designed coco peat indirect
Hot Air drier. We have Two Big Storage Yard capacity of
50000 + 50000 totally 100000. The Drying Process is undertaken in the vast and
expensive cemented yard free of foreign particles. At this level
the test for moisture of the materials is done. Once the
moisture level of the material is reached, it gets ready for
screening.

The revolving screeners, sand separator are used to remove the
outside substances if any presented in the dried material. Then
the material will be ready for compaction.



The peat is compressed for bailing. This is accomplished by 5 kg
block making machine and 650 gram briquette making machine. The
product is frequently checked for buyer packing expectation. The final product is packed as per customer's specifications as
laid down in the order. While loading pallets, all precautionary
measures are taken in consideration .
